Rental day: 24 hours from collection. Bulgaria: €80/day; Balkans: €110/day; Europe: €150/day plus mandatory Premium €30/day — €180/day in total. All these rates are excluding VAT.
Long-term rental is individually quoted from €60/day (excluding VAT), without an automatic duration discount. Travel outside the listed zones is individually quoted and requires route approval.
Cargo bookings are for the L4H2 class regardless of brand; passenger bookings are for Renault Trafic with 8+1 seats. The team confirms the actual van, dimensions and payload.
Late return after the agreed time: up to 60 minutes without a charge; over 60 and up to 240 minutes: half a day's rental; over 240 minutes: another rental day. This return policy does not extend a booking or guarantee availability.
Refundable deposits: Bulgaria €500, reduced to €250 with X/Premium and a confirmed card; Balkans €500 without reduction; Europe €1,000 with mandatory Premium. A deposit does not limit liability.
Requests require at least 4 hours before collection. Additional drivers are free. Each driver needs category B held for at least one year, valid through return, with front and back licence photos. A non-Latin licence requires an international permit. Staff review all documents and age eligibility. Turkey is excluded. Availability: we will check and confirm.
